Kelly McCrystal

Ms. Kelly McCrystal, B.A., M.B.A

Kelly McCrystal is Head of Corporate Strategy for Intuitive Surgical (Intuitive). Prior to joining Intuitive, Kelly served as a strategic advisor to the company and to leading global health organizations, including ELMA Philanthropies, MedAccess, and the Strategic Investment Fund at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (now known as the Gates Foundation). Until May 2022, Kelly served as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Women and Children’s Health at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), a global health organization operating in over 40 low- and middle-income countries to help save lives and reduce the burden of disease. In this capacity, she built and led CHAI’s programs in sexual and reproductive health, maternal, newborn, and child health, nutrition, and women’s cancers. Prior to joining CHAI, Ms. McCrystal spent 17 years designing and implementing large-scale e-commerce and information systems. Ms. McCrystal received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
