Who We Are

Mark Rubash has served on the Board of Directors of Intuitive Surgical since 2007 and currently serves as the chair of its Audit Committee. With over 38 years of experience in public accounting and finance leadership roles, Mr. Rubash is a recognized expert in accounting, auditing and SEC reporting matters and has led finance and accounting organizations including health care providers, medical device, e-commerce and software. Mr. Rubash holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University – Sacramento, has served as an audit partner with PwC and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair of iRhythm Technologies, Inc.
