Just added another edit. Apologies I am unable to make tonight’s meeting. Nigel
OK Introduction fans! V5 is up and it now has undergone an extensive set of additions to frame the other articles, put the Symposium in context, and drive home the reasons for doing this at all, and then indulging in a bit of podium pounding at the end. It still needs the citations sorted and double checked, and a few numbers. Look forward to your comments. Catherine.
Version 5b is up there now. It has a short bit on terminology at the beginning. Please read it to make sure you aren’t making edits that are going to be reversed on a next pass. We have a few things like American/British spellings that are going back and forth, and writing that confines the concepts to surgery.
It is hopefully at wordsmithing stage!
Just uploaded a new version with references to our text addressed. Open to any and all comments. My apologies for not being able to make meetings as of late
